CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
At Meridians Day Spa, your relaxation time is reserved just for you. We value your choice to visit us and kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. If you need to change your plans, please provide us with at least 24 to 48 hours notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost, payable at your next visit. If you do not show up for your appointment and provide no notice, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. This must be settled before you can book a new appointment.
Why this matters
These policies protect our staff and ensure we can offer appointments to other guests waiting for care. When a session is missed without notice, our team loses valuable time and other clients miss the chance to visit us. As our specialists operate as independent contractors, their compensation is directly tied to your scheduled service; therefore, a missed appointment results in a total loss of personal income for the specialist involved.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to ensure the next guest can begin their session on time. Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to proceed with your treatment. Please note that you will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled session, regardless of the time actually spent in treatment. We recommend planning ahead to arrive on time so you can enjoy every moment of your escape.

Scheduling Your Experience
To preserve the quiet atmosphere of our spa, all services are by appointment only. At this time, we are unable to accommodate walk-in guests. We invite you to coordinate your visit via our online portal or by contacting our office directly at 517.924.1330.
Arrival & Check-In
We welcome you to arrive as early as 15 minutes before your treatment begins. This interval allows you to transition into a state of relaxation and complete any necessary health forms without rushing through our lounge areas.
Health Consciousness
We prioritize the wellness of our entire community and kindly request that you reschedule your session if you feel unwell or exhibit any symptoms. To support a healthy environment, we will waive standard cancellation fees for illnesses when notified in advance. Your cooperation helps ensure the spa remains a safe escape for all.
